Digital Products – No Returns Policy
Due to the digital nature of our script extensions and templates, returns and refunds are generally not possible once the download has been made available to you.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once you have access to download our scripts and templates, the digital content has been fully delivered.
Your Rights
By completing your purchase and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge that:
- You lose your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) as permitted under German law for digital content
